LINDSAY PATTAN, PRINCIPAL
Lindsay is an enthusiastic and results-driven strategic planning and communications professional with twelve years of experience across multiple industries and disciplines including, but not limited to, revenue planning and resource allocation, product development, market development, communications, and hospitality. An established leader with a significant and diverse personal and professional network, Lindsay takes pride in building effective, creative teams that are fine tuned for each client and project. She serves on the boards of directors for KDHX and Healing Action, sits on the Development Committee for Forward Through Ferguson, and chairs the Advocacy Committee for the St. Louis Downtown Neighborhood Association. Lindsay is a former candidate for 19th Ward Alderman in the City of St. Louis.
SAMANTHA LECOINTRE, COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT MANAGER
Samantha has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from California State University, and several years of experience in marketing and program development with national and local nonprofit organizations. Most recently she helped open and manage a local progressive coffee shop and focused on engaging with local residents to promote community within the Grove. Samantha has worked in various positions that have encouraged relationship building, implementing and executing strenuous timelines, and volunteer recruitment. In these roles, she has developed a reputation as a highly innovative and compassionate problem-solver with an eye for creativity and leadership development.
KAREN YANG, ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER & STRATEGIST
Karen is a collaborative and values-led community engagement manager and public communicator. In advocacy organizations and grassroots networks, she has engaged communities with strategies ranging from door-to-door canvassing to direct action to intimate dinners. She is energized by engaging neighbors, conducting strategic assessments, and managing multiple teams and projects at once. Karen holds a Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master of Divinity from Eden Theological Seminary, and manages membership and communications for Solidarity Economy St. Louis.
